Q16: What kind of loans/properties can I use this process on?
A: ALL FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM LOANS ARE ELIGIBLE. That is mortgages backed by FDIC insurance are eligible to go through the process including commercial properties. This includes conventional loans, FHA loans, VA loans, and loans from credit unions. Manufactured Homes that are affixed and titled as real estate are also eligible, as long as it is a doublewide mobile home. Mobile Home loans that are titled like a car loan or titled as personal property are eligible. If you have several loans from the same lender, you must submit all properties at the same time. If you have several properties with different lenders, you have the option to put them through one at a time. There will not be a remedy performed on any loan with private investors such as family and friends. This is hard money and has nothing to do with a note provided by lending institutions.
